Home My WebLink AboutReso 1980-10355 I C>'- Rev. 9-67 RESOLUTION NO. 10355 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF COLORADO AVENUE NORTHERLY OF "H" STREET The City Council of the City.of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: day of close a WHE REAS , November portlon of by Resolution No. 10320 ,adopted on the 18th , 1980 , notice of intention to vacate and Colorado Avenue northerly of "H" Street in the City of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday , the 9 th day of December , 1980 , at 7:00 p.m. , in the Council ~hambers of the City of Chula Vista were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having.heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain portion of Colorado Avenue more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated.
