LEWSADER, A PARTNER OF ROLL INVESTMENTS FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes executed by Charles R. Lewsader, a artner of Roll Investments dated the 19th day of Auaust , 1980 a copy o which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED t Chula Vista be, and she is hereby the document in the office of the Presented by Jo1in P.
