determining the necessity for such acquisition through either
negotiation or condemnation. A hearing has been set for April 21,
1981 to hear any objections from the several property owners
owning such right of way areas.
If the City Council authorizes the condemnation for the widening
of Telegraph Canyon Road, it is then necessary to approve the
agreement with Pacific Scene providing for the full payment of the
costs of acquisition by that developer and, secondly, to approve
the resolution deputizing the attorneys whom they have selected to
carry out the legal work for such condemnation.
