The City Council, at its meeting of February 17, 1981, received recommendations from

citations for a period of five orlmore days.
RECOMMENDATION: That Council adopt the resolution
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: N/A
DISCUSSION:
The City at present has no effective means of enforcing the removal of vehicles
violating parking regulations for a significant period of days. Therefore, it is
requested that towaway provisions be provided after five days of continuous parking
violations. This does not involve any towaway of vehicles properly parked on the
streets for extended periods of time.
