SUBMITTED BY:
Rancho Landscape Co., Inc. has completed the landscape work for the contract dated
October 23, 1980, for the Installation of Orange Avenue Median Landscaping. It is
my
RECOMMENDATION: That Council approve the resolution accepting the public improvements.

DISCUSSION:
On February 3,1981, Bob Sennett, City Landscape Architect, along with the Engineering
Inspector and Rancho Landscape personnel made an inspection of ~he landscapi~g,
irrigation system and controller units. All work was found to be acceptable, and in
conformance with the plans and specifications. In 'accordance with the specifications,
Bob Sennett began the thirty (30) day maintenance period commencing February 4, 1981.
During the maintenance period the work will be observed for plant establishment. The
thirty (30) day maintenance period expires on March 5, 1981.
