During the initial stages of this project, it became apparent that suffic.ient monies were budgeted to expand the original scope of the project. The original scope was to overlay only Fourth Avenue from "F" to "G" Street and between "H" and "L" Streets. We expanded the project to include additional streets which are in the City's overlay program. The streets included in the bid were Fourth Avenue, from Trousdale to "C" Street and Second Avenue from "I" Street to "J" Street. Attached is a plat showing the streets which were included in the bid for this overlay project.
