ORDINANCE NO. 2103
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA REPEALING TIlE
PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE
CITY FOR EASTLAKE ON SEPTEMBER 7, 1982 (ORDINANCE NO.
2002) AND ADOPTING THE EASTLAKE I PLANNED COMMUNITY
DISTRICT REGULATIONS FOR THE AREA OF EASTLAKE I NORTH
OF OTAY LAKES ROAD
By a unanimous vote on February 26, 1985, the City Council
placed the ordinance on second reading and adoption.
The original PC Zone regulations adopted for EastLake I
(Ordinance 2002) on September 7, 1982 were fairly general
because the General Development Plan did not contain
specific lotting patterns or development designs. More
detailed plam have now been completed for that portion
of EastLake I located north of Otay Lakes Road; therefore,
the PC regulations are being amended to provide the more
detailed uses and development standards for the project.
The proposed PC Zone regulations are organized into nine
sections: I- General Provisions; II - Residential Standards;
III- Village Center Standards; IV - Business Center
Standards; V - Open Space Standards; VI - Special Uses and
Conditions; VII - Sign Regulations; VIII - Off-Street
Parking Regulations; IX - Administrative Procedures.
Copies of the Ordinance are available at the office of
the City Clerk, City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista,
CA.
