RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AN OWNER
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND JOSEPH N. AND BONNEY T. WIKKERING FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AT

WHEREAS, the Town Centre Design Reviel'i Committee recommends that the

Agreement shall have no further force or effect.
