HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1966-990 ORDINANCE NO. 990 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CHULA VISTA CITY BY ADDING THERETO A NEW ARTICLE XI, ESTABLISHING ADMINISTRATIVE FEES City Council of the City of Chula Vista does ordain as I. That Chapter 2 of the Chula Vista City Code be, "me is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Article XI, to follows: XI. Administrative Fees. 2.95. The following fees are hereby established to the specified city departments for the cost documents and drawings to the public. herein shall be made to the respective .' as indicated in the following schedule. , City Clerk. Transcript of all or a portion of any meeting or public hearing of the City Council, Planning Commission, or other board or commission which are recorded may be obtained upon the payment to the City Clerk of the actual hourly rate of a City Employee transcribing / said record, plus the incidental overhead cost to be established by the City Finance Officer, plus a charge per page of...................................... $1. 00 4. The City Clerk shall make available to any person requesting such service the use of the tape recordings for use within the Civi~ Center at no cost other than the overhead cost for any office equipment, which shall be determined by the City Finance Officer. Copies of any of the foregoing documents, minutes records will be furnished to any federal, state, -1- county, municipality, district, department thereof, governmental agency, or any federal officer acting in his official capacity without charge, except in the case of a request for a transcript of the recorded proceedings of any meeting or public hearing, provided however, that any such g9vernmental ag'ency shall be required to pay the fee herein required for all copies in excess of one. When the City Clerk has determined that the applicant for any of the copies of documents herein regulated is a non-profit civic orgainzation, he may furnish one copy of such documents to such organizations witoout charge. (b) Police Department.
