· Cypress Creek Co., L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, by Sunbelt Management Company, a
Florida corporation, its managing agent against the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chula
Vista and the City of Chula Vista.

7. REPORT OF ACTIONS TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION - Council authorized the acceptance of an offer
to settle a disputed claim with Cypress Creek by increasing the "walkaway limits" for the Palomar Trolley Center
to $21/square foot..
