An easement for power lines described as follows:
That certain 12.00 foot strip of land, for the right, easement
and privilege of placing, erecting, constructing, repairing, replacing,
maintaining and using, a line of poles with wires suspended thereon
and all necessary and proper guys, anchorage, crossarms, braces and
other fixtures for use in connection therewith, at such locations
and elevations upon, along and over the hereinafter described right
of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary
from time to time, for the transmission and distribution of electricity
for all purposes for which it may be used, together with the right of
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said line, being
6.00 feet on each side of the following described center line:
commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 523 of princess Manor
Unit No.4, according to Map thereof NO. 5650, filed in the office
of the county Recorder in the county of San Diego, State of California;
thence North 0027'47" East along the Easterly line of said Lot 523,
