From facts presented to the Commission, the Commission finds that public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice require the change of setback for the area of F Street, west of Broadway, be removed from the BUilding line Map and that the Zoning Ordinance establish the setbacks for this area (a plan of the area is attached). 2, The findings of fact in support of said determination are as follows: a, This method of establishing required front yards will assist in negating the confusion regarding the multiplicity of yard require- ments on this portion of Street. b. A uniformity of minimum front yard requirements in the individual zones within the subject area will be created. 3. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that said reclassification be granted. 4, That this resolution be transmitted to the City Council, , ~6~ S~~+ '~IN~OjIl~J '~lSI^ ~lnHJ JO NOISSIWWOJ 9NINN~ld AIIJ a~+ Aq 03^O~dd~ pue 03SS~d :+~M-O+ 'a+O^ 6U~MOLLOJ a~+ Aq '696L 'JaqwaJao JO Aep ~+SL aJ~~ pue JaLPue~J '+JeMa+s 'weu+nd 'zJ~^aJew 'swep~ sJaqwaw :S3A~ aUON : S30N auoN :lN3S8~ :lS311~ ~ /J ~ ~ttf/ ~t~ '-.)
