CllY OF CHUIA VISTA PLANNING & BUILDING DEPARTMENT 7/7/06 NOTICE OF CANCELLATION The regular Planning Commission meeting of July 12, 2006 has been cancelled. The following public hearings will be continued to July 26, 2006. 1. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS: Appointment of new Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair for FY 06-07. 2. PUBLIC HEARING: PCC 05-24; Six-month review of Conditional Use Permit to operate a nighttime trucking facility at 120 Press Lane. G.t. Trucking. 3. PUBLIC HEARING: DRC 05-38; Affirming the decision of the Design Review Committee to deny a new 30-foot high pole sign and canopy fascia design and signage for a service station located at the northwest corner of Bonita Road and Willow Street. Conoco Phillips. 4. PUBLIC HEARING: DRC 05-37; Affirming the decision of the Design Review Committee to deny a new 30-foot high pole sign and canopy fascia design and signage for a service station located at the northwest corner of "L" Street and Broadway. 5. PRESENTATION: Planning and Building Department Strategic Plan and Work Program. The Planning Commission will convene to a Regular Planning Commission on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California.
