Opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Planning Commission
on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction but not an item on
today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not exceed three minutes.
1. REPORT I BRIEFING:
Council DECISION regarding the formation of the
Urban Development Corporation,
Dave Rowlands, City Manager
ACTION ITEMS:
2. PUBLIC HEARING:
Proposal to amend Sections 8.24, 8.25 and 19.58 of
the Municipal Code regulating the space allocated
to adequately handle the temporary storage,
collection and loading of recyclable materials and
solid waste in development projects and
subdivision maps, and clarify the requirements for
such projects through the adoption of the draft
Recycling and Solid Waste Planning Guide as an
attachment to the Design Manual.
Staff recommendation public hearing be opened and continued to January 12, 2005.

3. PUBLIC HEARING:
PCC-04-072; Consideration of a Conditional Use
Permit to construct and operate an unmanned
wireless telecommunications facility at 4340 Main
Street. Applicant: Cingular Wireless.
Staff recommends that public hearing be opened and continued to January 12, 2005.
