PUBLIC HEARING: PCC 04-58; Approving Modification of Conditional Use Permit PCC 96-06 to expand an existing gasoline service station from three islands to four islands at 1190 Broadway - Costco Wholesale Project Manager: Stan Donn, Associate Planner 2. PUBLIC HEARING: PCM 04-15; Request to amend the Freeway Commercial Sectional Planning Area (SPA) Plan, and to modify the Freeway Commercial SPA Planned Community District Regulations and the Freeway Commercial Design Plan.
