Planning Commission Meeting of December 8, 1993
Attached is a copy of the agenda for your December 8 meeting. Note the starting time at 6:00
p.m. to hear a presentation by Mr. Zlotnick, Program Manager for Public Outreach Bay Delta
Oversight Committee. It should take approximately 30 minutes, leaving you time for
approximately 20 minutes of questioning. Mr. Zlotnick is scheduled to appear before the
Sweetwater Authority Board at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
The second item on your agenda, Consideration of the City's Landscape Manual, is set for 7:00
p.m.; however, due to some additional staff work which is now being incorporated into the
Manual, it is necessary that you take action to continue this item to the meeting of December 15
for a special meeting at 5:00 p.m. We would anticipate action on the Landscape Manual to
precede your scheduled workshop agenda, which is currently set for that evening.
