APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 1, 2005
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: An opportunity for members of the public to speak to the
Resource Conservation Commission on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction
but not an item on today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not exceed three minutes.

1. Election of Officers
2. IS-05-006 --- River Park Estates, 348 Palm Avenue
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and
recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
3. IS-O5-010 --- G.I. Trucking Company, 120 Press Lane
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and
recommend that the Negative Declaration be adopted.
IS-04-035 --- Otay Ranch Village Six Mixed Use Project, East Palomar Street between View
Park Way and Magdalena Avenue
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate and
recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
