APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 15, 2006
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: An opportunity for members of the public to speak to the
Resource Conservation Commission on any subject matter within the Commission's
jurisdiction but not an item on today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not
exceed three minutes.
NEW BUSINESS
IS-05-158 --- Terra Nova Service Station and Car Wash, 350 East 'H' Street
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC determine that the Initial Study is adequate
and recommend that the Mitigated Negative Declaration be adopted.
2. Report on the Otay River Watershed Management Plan
Staff Recommendation: That the RCC recommend that the City Council adopt the
Otay River Watershed Management Plan
3. Presentation on National Energy Center for Sustainable Communities
