HISTORIC PRESERVATION is not given enough priority.
GENERAL PLAN VISION & GOALS stresses the retention & enhancement of
COMMUNITY CHARACTER. This language is not used in the GOALS. It
should be included.
GREEN & SUSTAINABLE is not stressed enough

The following terminology should be inserted
PRESERVE & ENHANCE those elements of design that define our unique
community character through HARMONIZING CHANGE and COMPATIBLE
DESIGN

INACURATE -well over 60 properties ott current inventory
TOTALLY INADEQUATE GOALS -particularly when one considers the pace
of expected development on the west side & urban core -must get inventory done
soon
TOTALLY INADEQUATE RESOURCES to complete the vital inventory -
Lynnette needs to be full-time and have some help
MONEY NEEDS TO BE ALLOCATED
NO PLAN TO SAVE THE STORY -MARY BIRCH PATRIC RANCH
