We have proposed to lease property site at 3 Np. 2nd Avenue
in Chula vista. Formerly known as Southwood Hospital.
We plan to use it as a Christian Alcohol/Drug Rehabilitation
Center. In checking with Building, Fire, and Planning Depart-
ments, we are informed that a deposit of P ,000 - $4,000 will
be required with our CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION.
We would like to request your consideration on waving this fee.
We are a non-profit Corporation I.D.# 95-2788459
projected expenses on this project will come to quite a large
amount of money. Therefore your consideration will be greatly
appreciated.
