Applications were due on July 2, 2007. Twenty-one applications were received by the due date from Chula Vista residents. The attached matrix lists Chula Vista applicants relative to the expertise they indicated. Applicants who indicated an area of specialty that is supported in their documentation (",'Iitten answers to two questions) have been shaded and marked with a bold "X", Where applicants indicated expertise that was not substantiated in supporting documentation is indicated by shading only. Oral interviews might reveal other areas of expertise. The Legislative Subcommittee recommends that II applicants be scheduled for interviews of 10 minutes each. Should you wish to nominate additional applicants, please email Natalie Flores (nflores@chulavistaca.gov) by noon on Monday July 9. The Legislative Subcommittee recommends that individuals who receive at least two nominations from City Council and/or CVRC members be placed on the interview list.
