Home My WebLink AboutReso 1982-10849 1:20 RESOLUTION NO. 10849 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES FOR NAPLES STREET, NAMING AND DEDICATING SAID STREET FOR PUBLIC USE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula vista that that certain grant of real property, made by grant of easement executed by Edmund Gann, The Price Company, HSP Holding Company, B.V., HSP Broadway Development, Inc., HSP Oxford Development, Inc., HSP Naples Development, Inc., and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated for street and highway purposes by the City of Chula Vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real propery is hereby officially named NAPLES STREET. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be and she is hereby authorized to record said grant of easement in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
