RESOLUTION NO. 10826
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM PONDEROSA HOMES FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES IN LOT
188 OF RANCHO ROBINHOOD UNIT III, MAP NO. 8604
The City Council of the City of Chu1a Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
easement for construction and maintenance of drainage facilities in Lot 188
of Rancho RoQinhood Unit III, Map No. 8604 executed by Ponderosa Hares
dated the 12th day of March , 1982 , a copy of which
is attached hereto and by th~s reference made a part hereof, the same
as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted
by the City of Chula V~sta for construction and maintenance of drainage
facilities in Lot 188 of Rancho Robinhood Unit III, Map No. 8604.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record
the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.

An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage
facilities and appurtenances thereto, over, under, along and
across the following described property:
All that portion of Lot 188 of Ranch Robinhood III, in the
City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 8604, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County June 24, 1977, lying within
a 6.00 foot strip of land lying 3.00 feet each side of a centerline
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 188, dis-
tant South 89000'00" East, 1.00 foot from the corner common to
said Lot 188, Lots 185 and 244; thence leaving said lot line,
North 42044'52" West, 20.65 feet; thence North 47005'44" West,
75.24 feet to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 188,
distant thereon North 22038'00" West, 24.10 feet from the angle
point in the Westerly line thereof.
The sidelines of said 6.00 foot strip of land shall be shortened
or lengthened so as to terminate Northwesterly in the Westerly
line of said Lot 188 and Southerly in the Southerly line thereof.
