RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ESTABLISHING BOULEVARD STOP(S) AND/OR THROUGH STREET(S) IN
THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized by the California
Vehicle Code and by Ordinance No. 973 of the City of Chula Vista to
establish boulevard stop(s) and/or through street(s) in sald City
when it has been determined on the basis of engineering and traffic
investigations that it is in the best interests of the health, safety
and general welfare of the people of Chula Vista to so do.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that Schedule II of the Traffic Regulations be,
and the same are hereby amended to include the following:
SCHEDULE II - SPECIAL STOPS REQUIRED
Intersection
Traffic Stopped on
Signs
"G" Street/lvoodlawn Avenue
Woodlawn Avenue

said requirements to become effective when the necessary signs and
markings have been installed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any and all resolutions hereto-
fore adopted by the City Council concerning said boulevard stop(s)
and/or through street(s) be, and the same are hereby resclnded insofar
as they may conflict with this resolution.
