FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT ALONG PEPPER TREE ROAD The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes and maintenance easement executed by Adma Company, Inc. dated the 30th day of November , 19B1 , a copy of wh1ch is attached hereto and by thls reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the Clty of Chula Vlsta for street tree purposes and maintenance easement BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clty Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record the document in the office of the San Dlego County Recorder.
