RESOLUTION NO. 10647
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10602 ORDERING THE
ADMA/PEPPER TREE REORGANIZATION INVOLVING ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE DETACHMENT OF THE
TERRITORY FROM THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT-ZONE 3 AND THE BONITA-SUNNYSIDE FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, in accordance with the previous action of the
Local Agency Formation Commission on July 13, 1981 and continued
to the meeting of October 5, 1981, the Local Agency Formation
Commission did reaffirm their previous action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that in accordance with Resolution No. 10602,
approved on August 25, 1981, and reaffirmed by the Local Agency
Formation Commission on October 5, 1981, the City Council does
hereby order the ADMA/Pepper Tree Reorganization in accordance
with the terms and conditions as set forth in said Resolution No.
10602.

TO THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA
Those portions of Quarter Section 111 and 112 of Rancho De La Nacion,
in the County.of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 166, filed in the Offite of the County Recorder of said
County, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at tge Northwesterly corner of said Quarter Section 112;
Thence North 70 14'40' East 360.00 feet along the Northwesterly line
of said Quarter Section 112 to the Northeasterly corner of land
conveyed to Lauri W. Moffitt, et ux, by deed recorded April 29, 1953
in Book 4838, page 454 of Official Records of said Counby; thence along
the Northeasterly line of said Moffitt's land, South 19 08'16" East
(record, South 19007' East), 20.00 feet to the Southerly line of Road
Survey 697 (Pepper Tree Road) as described in deed to the County of
San Diego, by deed recorded August 5, 1936 in BoCk 542, page 246 of
