HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1981-10647 RESOLUTION NO. 10647 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10602 ORDERING THE ADMA/PEPPER TREE REORGANIZATION INVOLVING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE DETACHMENT OF THE TERRITORY FROM THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT-ZONE 3 AND THE BONITA-SUNNYSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, in accordance with the previous action of the Local Agency Formation Commission on July 13, 1981 and continued to the meeting of October 5, 1981, the Local Agency Formation Commission did reaffirm their previous action. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that in accordance with Resolution No. 10602, approved on August 25, 1981, and reaffirmed by the Local Agency Formation Commission on October 5, 1981, the City Council does hereby order the ADMA/Pepper Tree Reorganization in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in said Resolution No. 10602.
