HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1981-10633 "I~I Revised 9/21/81 RESOLUTION NO. 10633 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENTS FROH JIMMIE AND JUDI SHINOHARA FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES; ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES ALONG OTAY VALLEY ROAD AND ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS FOR STREET TREE AND STREET PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement for street tree purposes executed by Jimmie and Judi Shinohara, dated the 14th day of September, 1981, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain grant of ease- ment for street purposes along Otay Valley Road executed by Jimmie and Judi Shinohara, dated the 14th day of September, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Ohula Vista for street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that those quitclaim deeds for street trees and street purposes executed by Jimmie and Judi Shinohara, dated the 14th day of September, 1981, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree and street purposes.
