Home My WebLink AboutReso 1982-10747 /17/7 Form No. 372 Rev. 9-67 RESOLUTION NO. 10747 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN CENTRE - TOWNSITE TRACT NO.2 SUBDIVISION The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: day of close Center in the WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 10679 ,adopted on the 27th October , 1981 , not~ce of intention to vacate and port~ons ot Madrona Street, Landis Avenue, Garrett Avenue, Street and a public alley in Block 1, Map No. 820 C~ty of Chula Vista was given, and WHEREAS, Tuesday , the 17th day of November 19~, at 7:00 p.m. , in the Council Chambers of the City of Chula V~sta were fixed as the time and place for hearing any objections to such clos- ing and vacating, and the Council having heard all interested persons. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Chula V~sta that that certain portion of Townsite Tract No. 2 Subdivision more particularly described ~n Exhibit "An attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby vacated. ;7 / .c/L.. .
