RESOLUTION NO. 10488
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VISTA ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM JIMMIE H.
JUDI S. SHINOHARA IN ORDER TO CLEAR THE TITLE
BRANDYWINE AVENUE
CHULA
AND
FOR
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that that certain grant of real property, made
by Quitclaim Deed executed by Jimmie H. and Judi S. Shinohara,
dated the 27th day of May, 1981, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as
though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted
by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Cle:rk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record this resolution and said Quitclaim Deed in the office of
the San Diego County Recorder.
