The subject property abuts residential development to the north which has primary access points on to Naples Street; there will be a need to control access points from corrmercia1 development, as well as provide appropriate landscaping and architectural treat- ment to provide compatibility between the two areas. b. Although the entire project is in single ownership at this time. a variety of buildings and leases or division of the property into separate parcels is being planned, which will require coordination of access, site planning, and onsite circulation, to enhance the public convenience, safety and general welfare. 3.
