2. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY:
a. Oath of office for Town Centre Project Area Committee

Dr. Mason and Mr. Blakely were sworn in by City Clerk, Beverly A. Authelet.
3. RESOLUTION 1103 CERTIFYING COMPLETION OF WORK FOR PARKWOODS AT THE VILLAGE
RESID~ DEVELOPMENT AT FOURTH AVENUE AND CENTER STREET
Agency Attorney Boogaard stated due to Member Malcolm's ownership of stock in Great American, the
Resolution would have to be continued, and he would rule that Councilman Malcolm's vote was required
ro continue the item.
MSC (Malcolm/McCandliss) to continue Resolution 1103 to the meeting of July24, 1990 or whenever staff
could docket the item. Approved 3-0-2 with Member Nader and Chairman Gox absent.

The City Council/Redevelopment Agency met in a closed session at 7'5- p.m. to discuss:
Acting Chairperson McCandliss stared the properties regarding the Otay Valley Road had been withdrawn
from the Closed Session agenda.
Potential acquisition of property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 - 459 F Street (Mr.
& Mrs. Ignacio Adamo, owner); 4501 Otay Valley Road (Roderick and Palxicia Davies, owners);
Parcels 624-060-27 and 624-060-09 on Otay Valley Road (Vincent and Margaret Davies, owners)
ADJOURNMENT AT 8:47 P.M. to the Regular City Council Meeting on August 2, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers.
