RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE GRANT OF EASEMENTS,
LICENSE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR CHULA
VISTA TRACT NO. 02-03, MCMILLIN OT A Y RANCH VILLAGE
SIX, NEIGHBORHOOD R-IO AND AUTHORIZING THE
MA YOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Chula Vista Tract 02-03, McMillin Otay Ranch Village Six, Neighborhood R-
10 is an 11. 73-acre project consisting of 212 residential condominium units; and
WHEREAS, on August 27, 2002, by Resolution 2002-347, Council approved the Final
Map and associated agreements for Chula Vista Tract No. 02-03, McMillin Otay Ranch Village Six;
and
WHEREAS, the Grant of Easements, License and Maintenance Agreement for McMillin
Otay Ranch Village Six Neighborhood R-I 0, sets forth the Treviana at Lomas Verdes Homeowner's
Association obligations to maintain certain improvements located in the public right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofChula Vista
does hereby approve the grant of easements, license and maintenance for Chula Vista Tract No. 02-
03 McMillin Otay Ranch Village Six, Neighborhood R-IO.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Chula Vista.
