No. of Lots: 69 Area: 6.381 Acres is made In the manner and form prescrlbed by law and conforms to the surrounding surveys; and that said map and subdivision of land shown thereon lS hereby approved and accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby accepts on behalf of the public the publlc streets, to-wit: RANCHO DRIVE and the alleys, and said streets are hereby declared to be publlc streets and dedicated to the public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Councll hereby accepts on behalf of the City of Chula Vista the easements with the right of in- gress and egress for the construction of sewer, drainage, street tree plantlng and public utilities, all as granted and sho\\'n on said map within said subdivlslon, subject to the conditions set forth thereon.
