RESOLUTION NO. 7109
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
DESIGNATED AS ONE FOOT CONTROL LOTS A AND B IN RANCHO
ROBINHOOD SUBDIVISION FOR THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF THE
STREET AND IN ORDER TO CONTROL DEVELOPMENT OF ADJACENT
PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Chula vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula vista that that certain grant of real property, made
by grant deed, executed by Robinhood Homes, Inc.,
dated the 16th day of October 1973 , a copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, the same as though
fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted for public use
for future extension of the street and control development of adjacent
property.
