RESOLUTION NO. 7383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF CHUlA VISTA,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR MOBllEHOME INSTAllATIONS.
WHEREAS, on and after July I, 1974, a permit shall be obtained from the
Department of Building and Housing each time a mobilehome, which is required
to be moved under a permit, is to be located or installed on any site for
the purpose of human habitation or occupancy as a dwelling, and
WHEREAS, Section 5028.2 (b) of the California Administrative Code states
that where a City is responsible for enforcement of these regulations, fees
commensurate with the costs of enforcement shall be established by resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Housing has requested that the
City uniformly establish the same fees as have been established by the State
Department of Housing and Community Development, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best public interest to
adopt said fee schedule as adopted by the State of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista, Cal ifornia, as follows:
1. That the fees should be the same as those charged by the State of
Cal ifornia.
2. Where the City is the responsible enforcing agency, the following
fee schedule is hereby adopted:
(a) Appl ication fi 1 ing fee, five dollars ($5).
(b) Installation permit fee, twenty-five dollars ($25).
(c) Reinspection fee, twenty-five dollars ($25).
