HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1974-7364 RESOLUTION'NO.7364 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING PLANNEb UNIT DEVELOPMENT PUD-74-l FOR WINDSOR VIEWS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore recom- mended to the City Council the approval of a Planned Unit Develop- ment of that certain subdivision known as Windsor Views, and WHEREAS, a copy of said resolution of the Planning Com- mission, planned Unit Developmen~ Resolution No. PUD-74-l is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the Planned Unit Dev- elopment PUD-74-l for Windsor Views.
