HARcn f.~i\.~~ RI:C.f)Rllt:ll NO FEE The City Council of the city of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, plans have pre'3ently been submitted to perform the fol10\-'ing work along Del Mar from Naples Street 650 I north therefrom for the follO\':ing public improvements: a. Street paving b. Sidewalks c. Curb and gutter d. Sewer facilities e. Water facilities f. Drainage facilities g. Drive\'lay openings h. Driveways - 4" P.C.C. as necessary to connect existing driveways and \~HEREAS, the estiraated cost of said iE1provement.s is as follows: a. Sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway openings, and drive\'lays: property owners individually according to improvements fronting their property. Estimated cost: $26,400. b. Street paving, sewer and drainage facilities: property owners proportionate to property area within district. Estimated cost: $10,000. c. \'Iater facilities: City through agreement with California-I'.Inerican Water Company. These facili- ties would become the property of Cal-Am tlll:ough a repayment agreement from Cal-Am to the City. The higher amount of water used, the faster the repayment to City. Estimated cost: $3,600. d. Incidental costs: Engineering, surveying, admini- strative costs such as advertising, printing of bonds, etc. Estimated cost: $4,000. and h'IlEREAS, the specifications for said \-lark are contained in Chula Vista Drawing No. 64-89L, and \vHEREAS, the map of the Assessnent District No. 74-1 is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. NOl'l, TIIERr;FORE, DE IT I~SOLVED' by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that thc~ <1bove plans, specifications, estimates and map of said Assessnent District are hereby approved and adopted pursuant to Section 5130 of the Streets and Higllways Code of the State of California. - 1 - j2l3tp I 1716 BE I'r FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby ordered and directed to file the map of the Assessment District with the San Diego County Recorder at least 15 days after the adoption of the resolution of intention and at least l~ days prior to the hcaxing o~ the resolution of intention.
