RESOLUTION NO. 7340
RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA, APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA AND CHARLES M. AND.VIRGINIA E. DASHIELL PROVIDING
FOR THE HOLDING OF CERTAIN LOTS UNDER SINGLE OWNERSHIP
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The C1ty Council of the C1ty of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain agreement
between THE CITY OF CllULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and
Charles M. and Virginia E. Dashiell providing for the holding of
certain lots under single ownership.
dated the 18th day of June , 1974 , a copy of
which is attached hereto and lncorporated herein, the same as though
fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Clty of Chula
Vista be, and he 1S hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vlsca,

AGREEHENT BETHEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA l'.ND
CHARLES M. AND VIRGINIA E. DASHIELL PROVIDING
FOR THE HOLDING OF CER~AIN LOTS UNDER SINGLE
OWNERSHIP
THIS AGREElIENT, made and entered into this If]!.j day of
June, 1974, by and between the C.ITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called "City" and CHARLES M. AND
VIRGINIA E. DASHIELL, 342 Palomar Street, Chula Vista, California,
hereinafter called "Owners";
WIT N E SSE T H :
WHEREAS, Charles M. and Virginia E. Dashiell are the
owners of certain property more particularly described in Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if
set forth in full, and
WHEREAS, Owners now desire to construct an apartment
building consolidating the four lots to facilitate said construc-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:
1. Owners agree that the four lots identified as
Tax Assessor's Parcel No. 619-060-54 in the City of Chula Vista
shall be held under the single ownership of Charles M. and
Virginia E. Dashiell, or their successors in interest, as a
single parcel.
2. Owners agree that in the event that any portion
should be sold other than as a total sale of all four lots, that
a parcel map shall be recorded with the City of Chula vista and
a formal consolidation of the property be undertaken.
3. Owners agree that upon the effective date of an
amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance which provides for the
filing of an adjustment plat for the consolidation of property,
that the owners, Charles M. and Virginia E. Dashiell shall for-
mally consolidate the four parcels into one parcel by an adjust-
ment plat.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
agreement to be executed the day and year first hereinabove set
forth.

to Map No. 50S, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, March 13, 1888, des,cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot II, distant thereon
66 feet Southerly from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot; thence
Easterly along a line parallel with and distant 66 feet Southerly from
the Northerly line of said Lot, 404 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with the center line of that certain right of way conveyed to the
County of San Diego, dated April 28, 1937 and recorded in Book 645
page 371 of Official Records; thence Southerly along the center line of
said right of way 50 feet t,o the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
Southerly along said center line 100 feet to the Northeast corner of
land conveyed to H. K. Saulnier, et ux, by deed recorded on February
10, 1950 in Book 3493 page 132 of Official Records; thence Westerly
along the Northerly line of said Saulnier's land 217 feet, more or less,
to a point in the Westerly line of the land conveyed to Jessie B. Fox,
