DATED June 18, , Clty Clerk of the C~ty that tho above lS a full, , nnd tllat the same has 1974 r} ~~ZL2:h, -'_0 /77/'~, ; -4:~-<:-C'~/ /- ~cK~ ",/ . 1337 ...."'.j AGREEflliNT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND JON DAVID BE~~ PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF CERTAIN LOTS UNDER SINGLE OliNERSHIP THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 13th day of June, 1974, by and between the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City" and JON DAVID BEAMAN, a single man, 659 East Manor Drive, Chula Vista, California 92010, hereinafter called "OWner"; WIT N E SSE T H : WHEREAS, Mr. Beaman is the owner of certain property, more particularly described as follows: Lots 2 and 3 in Block 2 of Bay Manor, City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 2274, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, June 9, 1942 and WHEREAS, Owner now desires to construct an office building of approximately 4800 square feet consolidating said lots for con- struction. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: 1. Owner agrees that all of the lots described herein- above shall be held under the single ownership of Jon David Beaman, or his successors in interest, as a single parcel. 2. Owner agrees that in the event that any portion of the property should be sold, other than by a total sale of the lots, that a parcel map shall be filed with the City of Chula Vista and recorded and a formal consolidation of the property be undertaken. IN WITNESS IVHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be executed the day and year first hereinabove set forth.
