NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that it orders the summary vacation of a portion of the Northwesterly side of Quintard Street lying adjacent to the properties located at 374, 392, 394, 396, and 398 Quintard Street, as more particularly described in the legal description designated as Exhibit A and that the plat designated as Exhibit B which are attached to and incorporated into this Resolution by this reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that it directs the City Clerk to record this Resolution of Vacation together with Exhibits A and B, in the Office of the County Recorder. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that it declares that from and after the date this Resolution of Vacation is recorded, that portion of the Northwesterly side of Quintard Street lying adjacent to the properties located at 374, 392, 394, 396, and 398 Quintard Street, no longer constitutes a street.
