HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2006-242 RESOLUTION NO 2006-242 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA LEVYING THE ASSESSMENTS AND COLLECTIBLES FOR OPEN SPACE DISTRICT NO 1 AND EASTLAKE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO 1 e WHEREAS, prior to the adoption of this resolution, the City Council caused the formation of various districts under and pursuant to state law; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 1, part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code, also known as "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" and Chula Vista Municipal Code Chapter 17.07, NBS Government Finance Group, DBA NBS has prepared and filed the annual reports for all existing Open Space Maintenance Districts in the City; and WHEREAS, on July 18, 2006, Council approved these reports and set August 1,2006 as the date for the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the proposed assessment for fiscal year 2006/2007 is as follows: \"CSSlllCl1t 01 rDl (ollcctiblc '01 I Dt' Proposed Proposed Increase / Increase / Projected Decrease Decrease FY 04/05 FY 05/06 FY 06/07 FY 05/06 FY 06/07 $ 0/0 Revenue $ $ $ $ 100.00 $ 86.00 $ -]4% $ ]03.43 ]07.21 ] 11.13 14.00 56,913.94 $ 25% $ 0.50 31,716.75 $ $ 0.50 4% 108,354.39 1(~.60) -25% 3$7,]51.18 19~00 450% 5~500.00 18~00 4% 9$3,994.80 $ $ 7.00 37% 9,802.26 Total $ 343,433.32 (I) Zones A _ D share in the cost of Otay Lakes Road medians and off-site parkways.
