HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1974-7281 RESOLUTION NO. 7281 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ORDERING THE ADDITION OF TERRITORY KNOWN AS DEERPARK CHULA VISTA SUBDIVISION TO OPEN SPACE DISTRICT NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista has declared its intention in Resolution No. 7257 to change the boundaries of Open Space Main- tenance District No. 2 by the inclusion of Lots 1 through 14 inclusive of Deerpark Chula Vista Subdivision, previously known as Lots 1 through 7 inclusive including Lot A of the Woodlawn Park Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the maintenance cost of such open space areas will not be increased by a sum in excess of 20% of the total estimated cost of the work to be performed in the Maintenance District, and WHEREAS, the City Council on April 23, 1974 held a public hearing to hear protests, both written and oral, of any persons ob- jecting to the inclusion of the above described lots in Open Space Maintenance District No.2, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the written objections to the inclusion of the territory indicated above do not constitute a majority objection to the changes in the District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby order the addition of territory known as Deerpark Chula Vista Subdivision, Lots 1 through 14 inclusive, to Open Space District No. 2 of the City of Chula vista. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby order the change in the boundaries of Open Space District No. 2 in the City of Chula Vista pursuant to the revised map of the district on file in the Office of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to record a notice with the San Diego County Recorder detailing the inclusion of the above mentioned lots in Open Space District No.2.
