AND NAOMI TANAKA PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF CERTAIN LOTS UNDER SINGLE OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and TERRY T. AND NAOMI TANAKA, providing for the holding of certain lots under single ownership dated the 5th day of March , 1974 , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, the-5ame as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. AND NAOlU TANAKA PROVIDING FOR THE HOLDING OF CERTAIN LOTS UNDER SINGLE O\/NERSHIP . THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this rJ/2.1.h. day of FEBRUARt ' 1974, by and between the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipa corporation, hereinafter called "City" and TERRY T. AND NAOMI TANAKA, hereinafter called "Owners", WIT N E SSE T H : WHEREAS, Terry T. and Naomi Tanaka are the owners of Lots 18 and 19 of Ratcliffe Tract - Map 1438 in the City of Chula Vista, and WHEREAS, said Owners desire to build a dental office building which will cover portions of both of said lots, and WHEREAS, Owners desire to consolidate said lots into a single parcel for purposes of construction. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and for other good and valUable consideration, receipt of ~lhich is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto mutually agree as follows: 1. Owners agree that all of the lots described as Lots 18 and 19 of Ratcliffe Tract - Map 1438 in the City of Chula Vista shall be held under the single ownership of Terry T. and Naomi Tanaka, or their successors in interest, as a single parcel. 2. Owners agree that in the event that any portion should be sold, other than as a total sale of both lots, that a parcel map shall be recorded with the City of Chula Vista and a formal consol- idation of the property be undertaken.
