HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1982-10988 RESOLUTION NO. 10988 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND ADOPTING UNIFORM BUILDING VALUATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 5656 endorsing the principle of uniform standards for building valuations. throughout San Diego County, and WHEREAS, the San Diego Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials has for many years recommended to their respective governing bodies the adoption of the building valuation multipliers published in the March-April issue of the Building Standards bimonthly publication, and WHEREAS, the existing building valuations approved October 6, 1981 and set forth in City Council Resou1tion No. 10617 are not uniform with the valuations proposed by the San Diego Area Chapter of the fnternational Conference of Building Officials. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that Resolution No. 10617 be, and the same is hereby recinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chu1a Vista does hereby approve and adopt the Schedule of Average Building Valuations attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
