PUBLIC HEARING: DRC-95-44; Appeal of a Design Review Committee decision denying a request for a modification to a Precise Plan to allow increased height for an existing pole sign located at 4450 Otay Valley Road - Holiday Inn Express (-more-) Agenda -2- November 29, 1995 3. PUBLIC HEARING: PCM -96-07; Consideration of amendments to the EastLake II General Development Plan (EastLake I Extension), EastLake Greens Sectional Planning Area (SPA), Planned Community District Regulations, Air Quality Improvement Plan, Water Conservation Plan and Public Facilities Financing Plan 4.
