Opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Planning Commission on any
subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction but not an item on today's agenda.
Each speaker's presentation may not exceed five minutes.

Conditional Use Permit PCC-94-09: Request to extend the
term of the existing approval for a private school for three
years (through September 1999) and to allow the expansion
of said school facilities into the second story of the building
located at 2400 Fenton Street - Covenant Christian School

Conditional Use Permit PCC-95-16: Request to construct
an unmanned cellular communications facility on the site of
the Otay Water District water tank, located at the easterly
terminus of Gotham Street - AirTouch Cellular
Conditional Use Permit PCC-95-12: Request to expand the
existing Civic Center parking lot at 459 F Street in the R-3
(Apartment Residential) zone - City of Chula Vista
PCM-95-06: Consideration of a proposal to establish a
High Tech/Bio Tech Zone; create a City Council
Subcommittee to govern certain matters within the High
Tech/Bio Tech zone of the City; amend the EastLake
Planned Community District Regulations - City Initiated
p.m. to the Regular Business Meeting of Wednesday, January 11,
1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
