Chula Vista CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL/MOTIONS TO EXCUSE ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Planning Commission on any subject matter within the Commission's jurisdiction but not an item on today's agenda. Each speaker's presentation may not exceed five minutes. 1. PUBLIC HEARING: PCA-95-04 - Consideration of an amendment to the Municipal Code to include automotive maintenance with "Automotive Repair Shops (Minor)" and an amendment to the Land Use Chart 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Conditional Use Permit PCC-95-22 - Request to construct and operate an Automobile Maintenance facility at the southwest corner of 30th and Edgemere (North 2nd Avenue) within the Central Commercial Zone The applicant has requested continuance of these items to the Planning Commission meeting of May 10, 1995 in order to resolve certain design issues related to the project. 3. Presentation/Discussion EastLake Affordable Housing Element ADJOURNMENT at p.m. to dinner and to the Regular Business Meeting of May 10, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
