the City Landscape Manual and associated amendments to
the Municipal Code - City Initiated

PUBLIC HEARING:
PCA-94-04: Consideration of amendments to Section
19.64 of the Municipal Code to allow the replacement of
damaged condominiums which are nonconforming with
respect to density - City Initiated
3.
REPORT:
Lower Sweetwater Valley GPA Issue Paper. This report
includes various land use alternatives. The property is
located at the southeast quadrant of SR54 and 1-805.
