A. BACKGROUND
Staff has been meeting with the applicant to discuss the issue of the coexistence of a
private school with the Business Center. Further meetings are scheduled, and staff and
the applicant have agreed to continue the item in order to allow time to further examine
this issue.
B. RECOMMENDATION
Adopt a motion to continue this item to the Planning Commission meeting of January 11,
1995.
