UNFINISHED BUSINESS: (a) Eastlake Planned Community Environmental Review Coordinator Reid briefed Commission members on the General Development Plan and the General Plan Amendment. Most of the project involved various residential densities, sports facilities, schools and parks, churches and commercial centers. Mr. Reid mentioned that at the last Planning Commission meeting they were considering the final Environ- mental Impact Report, the findings in reference to the feasibility of mitigation of adverse environmental impacts and the project itself. Hours before that, Cadillac Fairview Homes West brought in a revised development plan. One of the major changes involved proposed school sites which meant those changes should be reviewed by the Board of Education prior to any action by the Planning Commission. Therefore, the Planning Commission continued the item until May 19, 1982, at which time they will be making recommendations to the City Council. 5. NEW BUSINESS: (a) Status of Greg Rogers and Our House It was noted that Our House had a fire. Consequently, investigations are underway as to damage of structure. Greg Rogers House was originally studied to be moved to Greg Rogers Park but now there is a question if that was feasible. It was also suggested to be moved to Sweetwater Regional Park, but has not as yet been evaluated. RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION MINUTES OF APRIL 19, 1982 Page 2 6.
